- Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as the product is dispatched on your registered email id for your reference. We typically dispatch product within 24 hours of receiving order.

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
All Airexpert Air Purifiers come with a 5 Year Warranty on Motor & Gear and a 1 Year Warranty on the parts. In case of any manufacturing defect your product/part will be replaced by Airexpert India. Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition.
All Airexpert products are tested for quality and packed in our central manufacturing unit in India. Cancellation or Refund option is not possible. In case of any such requirements simply reach out to the customer care line 9999382786 or write to us at info@Airexpertindia.in.
For hassle free replacement, please ensure complete package along with packaging material is returned. Our Audit team will be checking the product for quality and specified problem once received at our central warehouse.
