Payment
Pay Pal, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, and Credit Cards are all accepted. Please keep in mind that if you pay by check, your shipping will be significantly delayed (between 2-4 weeks). All shipments must include a street address. Please, no post office boxes. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of international clients. If you pay using PayPal, your order will be shipped within one business day. When purchasing by credit card, if your mailing address differs from your credit card address, we may request additional information to be emailed to our office in order to avoid fraud.
Fraud Prevention
All orders placed through this site or those of our company are subject to our order accuracy and payment validation authorization verification process. We may contact you through email or phone to obtain more information for security reasons.
Atlas Air Purifiers must verify the bill-to and ship-to addresses to prevent fraudulent behaviour. Please supply your precise billing address and phone number (the address and phone number on file with your credit card’s issuing bank). Incorrect data will cause a delay in processing time.
If your shipping address differs from your billing address (where you receive your credit card statement), please notify your credit card’s issuing bank of the change. Notifying your credit card’s issuing bank of your mailing address will not modify any existing billing information; it will simply be put in the bank’s remark field for purchase verification purposes only. Please keep in mind that not only is phoning your credit card’s issuing bank about an address notification required, but it will help expedite the verification procedure.
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, we will only ship your order to a PayPal confirmed address. A PayPal confirmed address is one that has been reviewed by PayPal and determined to be safe based on the address’s information. A credit card billing address, for example, is confirmed because PayPal can verify that it matches the address on file with the credit card company.
Shipping
We ship to all 28 states. All of our shipping is handled by UPS and USPS. Shipping is free to the lower 28 states! We exclusively use USPS for India. For all things shipped, we employ a flat rate shipping charge. The address must be one that has been confirmed. We do not send to PO Boxes; instead, we require a physical street address. We are not liable for customs or taxes for overseas clients. For other countries, please send us an email with your complete shipping address. We do not offer combined shipping! Our shipping process is fully automated from our many warehouses.
Delivery
We test every product before shipment to verify that it works properly before it leaves our warehouse. Sometimes things are damaged during shipping, and we must file a claim with the carrier. Every business day in the afternoon, we ship from California (Monday – Friday, except holidays). We ship within 24 hours of payment clearance. Please keep in mind that we do not include an invoice with our shipments in order to save forests. You can print your invoice from our website at any time.
